How Many Sessions Does Change Usually Take?

Most clients leave the first session with meaningful insight, practical tools, and a greater sense of clarity, calm, or relief.

For long-standing patterns, though, one or two sessions usually isn’t enough to create lasting change.

That’s why I often recommend beginning with a series of sessions. It gives us time to better understand the pattern, practice new responses, and support the changes you want to make with consistency, reinforcement, and momentum.

As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, professional breathworker, EFT practitioner, and certified life coach, I am not a medical doctor or a licensed mental health practitioner. I offer myself as a teacher, mentor, counselor, and guide, with instruction and training in Hypnotherapy, Rebirthing-Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Professional Coaching, NLP, and a plethora of change modalities.

My services are held out to the public as vocational or avocational self-improvement programs, with problems of psychogenic or functional origin treated by psychological or medical referrals only. The successful application of any of the techniques used is dependent upon the client’s cooperation and application of techniques as determined by the objectives of each session.
